We are currently accepting resumes to expand our Sales Team. We are looking for Commercial Account Managers to represent our Commercial Roof Department. Responsibilities of Account Manager

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Client and target account selection
• Cold call prospecting
• Achievement of weekly calls, appointments
• The ability to attain profit margin and meet sales objectives and goals
• Pipeline development
• Expected to establish a sales plan
• Determine tasks and resources needed to succeed,
• Prioritize activities to achieve measures and expectations and implement the company’s “Metrics for Success”.

Qualifications

• Hard working with a great attitude
• Experience in the local commercial roofing industry
• Self Motivated
• Consultative selling skills
• Sales presentation skills
• Sales closing skills
• Commercial roofing knowledge required
• Close attention to detail in maintaining customer lead information in the company database.
